International Club Les Toques Blanches

On Sunday Evening, June 3, 2007 the 21st Anniversary and Annual "Les Toques Blanches" Dinner was held at Casa Palmero, Pebble Beach, California. A six course dinner was prepared by Pebble Beach and as you can imagine, the dinner was exquisite. From Tomato Consomme', Stuffed Squash Blossom as the first course to Pacific Blue-Nosed Bass as the third course. And, our course, (no pun) we ended with a Cheese (7th course) and cigars, cognac, etc. This was my first dinner as a proud new member.
